“What’s in a name?” as Shakespeare famously asked, questioning the essence of something. “La Esperanza” means “hope,” and spring and summer are seasons of renewal, flourishing, and joy—seasons that embody hope. La Esperanza has been in the Belismelis-Alvarez Family for over 6 generations. Each generation a symbol of renewal and hope for the continuation of a coffee legacy.
